YAMAHA NS-1000MM

This compact speaker system was developed for theater sound, inheriting the design concept of the NS-1000M/NS-10M and other models.

It employs a 12cm cone-type unit for the low frequency range, a 2.5cm dome-type unit for the mid frequency range, and a 1.5cm dome-type unit for the high frequency range.

Each unit is fitted with a metal guard grille.

In the magnetic circuit, both the main magnet and the cancel magnet are magnetized under the optimum environment, and an A-MAG type magnetization circuit is used to cancel the current distortion that occurs in the conventional cancel magnet system.

The enclosure is constructed with Yamaha's original three-way flow fastening construction, which dramatically improves the robustness and precision of the board joints.
